Day experiences may be requested separately from LLIZWE’s multi-day journeys.
How daily tours work
A daily tour may be coordinated by LLIZWE where operationally available, or booked directly with a named activity operator or marketplace. Each listing will state which arrangement applies. Daily-tour prices are separate from published multi-day journey prices.
Before you book
- Destination, duration and meeting or collection point
- Transport basis and whether the activity is private or shared
- Age, fitness, mobility and safety requirements
- Inclusions, exclusions, price basis and currency
- Availability, cancellation terms and supplier identity
- Emergency contact and booking route
Third-party experiences
When an experience links to an external platform or operator, you may enter a separate booking relationship under that provider’s terms. LLIZWE does not operate, insure or guarantee a third-party experience unless the listing expressly says otherwise.
Changes and complaints
The relevant supplier or marketplace terms govern bookings made through that provider, subject to applicable consumer rights. Contact LLIZWE if you need help identifying the correct complaint or escalation route.
