How are package prices shown?
Every published figure is a USD from-price per person sharing for a planned departure of 6 or 12 guests. Suppliers must confirm final rates, room allocation and applicable charges before booking.
Does choosing 12 guests change the price?
A different group rate is shown only when supported by a supplier quotation. The website does not assume or calculate a 12-guest discount.
Is an enquiry a booking?
No. An enquiry begins planning and supplier checks. Your quotation and approved booking terms set out how to proceed.
Who manages transport and activities?
Private road transport is the standard arrangement. Specialist activities are managed by the relevant lodge or approved operator. Lesotho packages also use the stated regional flight connection.
Are helicopter flights included?
A helicopter flight can appear only on a Victoria Falls route and only when the final quotation expressly includes it. An airport transfer does not establish inclusion. Where catalogue details conflict, inclusion must be clarified before booking.
Are all lodges confirmed?
No. Planned stays and descriptive property labels are subject to supplier confirmation. On affected Matobo journeys, Amalinda Lodge is the intended primary luxury partner, pending written confirmation of net rates, room allocation and media usage rights.
Can I expect particular wildlife sightings or night-sky experiences?
Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed. Night-sky experiences depend on weather and lodge programming. Your quotation confirms the planned activities, subject to operating conditions.
What should I know about Active journeys?
Walking, water and mountain activities depend on the operating supplier's ranger, fitness, safety and weather requirements. Ask about activity suitability before deciding to proceed.
Are flights, visas and border charges included?
Check the package detail and final quotation. International flights are generally excluded except where a stated Lesotho connection or another express inclusion applies. Visas and other charges must be identified as included, optional or paid directly.
What if my dates or group size are different?
Include those details in your enquiry. The catalogue is planned for 6 or 12 guests; other arrangements need a separate discussion and quotation.
